A Nigerian businessman has shared how he handled a situation involving his staff stealing at work.
In a post on X, @MadProfitGuy opened up about how he reacted instantly after catching the female worker stealing.
Man Catches Female Worker Stealing
According to the businessman, he disclosed that he informed the female worker about his plan to call a general meeting and play her videos during the meeting.
Meanwhile, unknown to the female worker, her employer had been trailing her prior to catching her red-handed.
Subsequently, the female employee has been appealing to him via chat, stating that she would quit, which she thinks would serve as a repercussion for her actions.
Unknown to her, her employer has already informed security operatives to pick her up after the meeting concludes.
