Popular Evangelist Linda Paul has sparked buzz online after claiming that she saw several prominent Nigerian pastors, including Bishop David Oyedepo, Pastor Jerry Eze, Pastor Paul Enenche and Pastor Chris Oyakhilome, in hell during an alleged revelation.
Linda Paul made the claim while recounting what she described as a vision in which several pastors and ministers were allegedly crying and regretting their actions.
The account also mentioned the late evangelist Uma Ukpai and other ministers from different backgrounds.
‘I Saw Pastor Paul Enenche and His Wife’
According to the evangelist, she saw Pastor Paul Enenche, the General Overseer of Dunamis International Gospel Centre, alongside his wife in the alleged vision.
She also claimed to have seen several other prominent Christian leaders.
“I saw Pastor Paul Enenche, his wife, Chris Oyakhilome, Oyedepo and other prominent pastors of different races crying bitterly in hellfire,” she claimed.
Linda Paul further named the ministers she alleged to have seen in the place she described as hell.
“I saw Bishop Oyedepo, Pastor Jerry Eze, Pastor Paul Enenche, Pastor Chris Oyakhilome in hell,” she stated.
‘Why Did I Allow the Glory of This World?’
The evangelist claimed that some of the ministers she allegedly saw were crying and expressing regret over their pursuit of worldly pleasures.
She specifically recounted an alleged statement attributed to Pastor Paul Enenche in which he questioned why he had allowed worldly pleasures to distract him from heaven.
“What has it profit me now? I know the truth, but I decided to follow worldly pleasure,” she claimed he said.
She further alleged that he questioned why he had allowed the “glory” and “sweetness” of the world to make him forget heaven.
“In fact, I was just talking about heaven with my lips, but my mind was not there,” she claimed.
‘It Was Too Hard for Me to Come Out’
Linda Paul also claimed that she saw Bishop David Oyedepo crying and allegedly saying that it had been difficult for him to leave certain things behind.
She recounted:
“It was too hard for me to come out. Lord, you know, it was too hard for me.”
The evangelist said she also saw other pastors from different races crying in the alleged revelation.
‘Anointing Cannot Take Anybody to Heaven’
Linda Paul further focused on the late evangelist Uma Ukpai, whom she claimed she recognised after initially seeing him in the alleged vision.
She said she later understood the message she believed she received about him.
“He chose anointing, rather than holiness. An anointing cannot take anybody to heaven,” she claimed she was told.
She said the alleged message emphasised holiness over anointing.
“That’s why I am telling people, it’s holiness that will save every man, not anointing,” she stated.
‘People Were Crying’
According to Linda Paul, the alleged revelation involved millions of people waiting for judgment.
She claimed that people were being told to wait for their “book” to be opened, while others watched as judgment took place.
“Millions of people were just coming, and when they came, they were told to wait, that their own book will soon be open,” she claimed.
She described the scene as resembling a mass burial because of the number of people allegedly crying.
“So everybody, it was like a big mass burial. People were crying, people were crying,” she stated.
Linda Paul also claimed that she saw Pastor Chris Oyakhilome, Prophet Jeremiah and other ministers crying in the alleged vision.
